Is your bathroom counter cluttered with hair dryers, flat irons and skincare products?

Then in this post, you can follow the 5 steps laid out to quickly clear out your counter, get more space in your bathroom!

How To Guide

Tools Required

1. Trash Bag

2. Measuring Tape

3. Bathroom Organizers

Getting Started

Having an organized bathroom keeps everything easy to find. No struggling to find your favourite bottle, lipsticks or hairbrush, keeping you in a good mood every morning!

Step 1: Empty Your Countertop

Begin by removing everything from your countertop and placing them on a large table. Check for expiry date and whether you are still using the product, if not, trash it.

At this point, you just want to make sure that you are not keeping things you don't need so that, you'll have an easier time managing your countertop.

Step 2: Measure & Protect Your Shelves

Clean your counter, wipe dry and allow it to air dry before begin organizing.

Use a tape measure to measure the width, depth and height of your space. This will help you to decide the kind of organizer that you can use later.

Step 3: Choosing The Right Organizer

Have your measurements? You are now ready to pick the organizer that's best for your space and personal needs.

For a start, you will always want to utilise the wall for additional space. Don't like to drill the wall? Choose a punch free option like one of these wall mounted shelves (shown above) to store your bottles, hair dryer and skincare products.

Step 4: Store Vertically

The next best way to get more storage space is toutilise the vertical space. This can be simply achieved by using a dual/triple tier rack like the ones shown above.

This will be especially helpful if you have lots of small bottles, lipsticks and brushes and you'll never lose things again!

Step 5: Use The Cabinet Door

Too many things to store? Then you using a hanging basket organizer might help. There are usually 2 types of baskets to choose from, adhesive type or hang type. The first image shows the hanging type, no installation needed, plus it can hold your hair dryer.

Bonus Tip: Use The Space Underneath The Sink

Last but not least. If you have an under sink area, then you might use it to store your bath towel, shampoo or skincare product refills.

This is will remove any clutter and make your counter look twice as big.
